Quote of the Football League and more notably for Bristol City and Chelsea, dead at 74. Oh no, what a shame. That said he had been ill for years. I was on holiday in Minehead and I distinctly remember when they held a testimonial for him at the very picturesque Minehead FC when his illness was announced. Fook me, it was as long ago as 1992 -https://www.collectsoccer.com/chris-garland-testimonial-fund-brochure-events-july-august-at-minehead-1992.html
