Death Impends 7,957 Posted December 6, 2017 Had suspected he wouldn't make the start line. Things felt very quiet after he left the hospital, and they set up a mini hospital at his home, or something. RIP.
Joey Russ 7,220 Posted December 6, 2017 A little bit of a hint, while I am planning to go more in depth on people’s obits in the deathrace next year, he still would’ve been on my team in that dead pool had he made the starting line...

BeretBleu 138 Posted December 9, 2017 incredible funeral today. thousand and thousand people on Champs Elysée today (likely some million on TV) , more than 700 bikers to escort the coffin, some concert. 've never seen that in my life.
Vinegar Tits 605 Posted December 10, 2017 Yes, absolutely incredible scenes. A state funeral in all but name, and Johnny was loved far more than any politician will ever be. It was good for celeb spotting/potential deadpooling too. I was quite surprised Michel Drucker was sat so far back when Muriel Robin was in the third row. Despite being 89, Line Renaud looks like she'll outlive every single person who attended - she's in fine fettle indeed - and her speech was probably the most touching of all. Oh FFS, the BBC website have a picture of Jean-Louis Aubert down as merely just one of his musicians. They know nothing. Argh.

If you ever heard me speak French you would know I'm English! Nah, Francophile who listens to a lot of French music and watches too much French TV for her own good. You are right Drucker is not known in the UK. Nor is Muriel Robin, though she is perhaps slightly more known due to being in Les Visiteurs 2; and the superb L'empoisonneuse has been on BBC4 a couple of times. She's definitely not known here as a comedienne, though I've liked what I've seen of her act that I've understood.
