Guardian obit for Lord Creator, which, I'm sure @harrymcnallysblueandwhitearmy will be delighted to know, informs us that his debut single was called The Cockhead (1958)

I swear, EVERY goddamn reggae/ska/rocksteady artist posted in this group is dubbed (no pun intended) a ‘Pioneer’.  They can’t all be, for fuxsake. Just on this page alone (so far) Lester Sterling, Lord Creator, and now Peter Austin.

Shocked that this one went unnoticed on here (and even his Wiki is barely touched!).

Calton Coffie (wiki), lead singer of Inner Circle during their 90s era on hits such as "Sweat (A La La La La Long)" and "Bad Boys" (used as the "Cops" tv theme), died back in February aged 68.

Obit.
