RIP Wee Jum 1,559 Posted August 1, 2014 I would like to put forward for consideration the Flog It silver expert Michael Baggott someone pointed out a picture of him and with winter coming on Death is going to be on the look out for a new source of candles. Unfortunately I cannot find any biographical details for him, age etc. So may not obit. Are you trying to say he is fat ?
Dr. Zorders 1,271 Posted August 1, 2014 Game of Thrones finished a month ago.... And even they said "winter's coming". Those people aren't real. It's a fictional thing containing fictional fiction actors who specialise in fiction, and it was filmed in a nicely air-conditioned studio in a sunny U.S. state where "winter" means you only ride around with two windows down instead of all four (or 32 if you have a limo). So what would they know about winter. Plus it was probably filmed last October.

Galento 24 Posted August 2, 2014 I was reading an article on him a few weeks ago, which put his age as 40, but with all that weight, he has to be considered for 2015

Davey Jones' Locker 1,324 Posted July 13, 2015 Henry Sandon from Antiques Roadshow was born in 1928 so he is starting to become an antique himself. He lost his wife in Feb 2013. Also, David Battie survived a very nasty leg infection a couple of years ago: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/health/article-2395792/Antiques-Road-veteran-David-Battie-reveals-ordeal-nearly-cost-leg-breaking-fall-contracting-severe-infection.html

gcreptile 10,979 Posted December 14, 2015 This thread periodically has lots of guests, maybe it's a certain phrase in here? "Bargain Hunt", or maybe "mutual gropes"? Or maybe "kiddie "porn""?

Bargain hunt + kiddie porn is a red hot pre-Christmas hit, surely.

Spade_Cooley 9,538 Posted November 21, 2016 a) Michael Baggott is a silver expert who occasionally appears on a daytime TV show when he appears on that show, people google his name, perhaps to go "wow, why has Frank Lampard grown a beard? He looks like he's lost some weight though" c) we are the #2 results on Google Image Search for Michael Baggott d) people click on that image, thus giving us a traffic boost. People do not stick around and visit the rest of the site afterwards though, as they presumably have little to add to the debate over whether Doyle Brunson is famous enough for the DL e) Roey Juss

Sir Creep 7,070 Posted August 7, 2018 Hey -- someone Sir Creep has actually met in person! A well-known fixture in the Detroit fine arts and antiques community has died. Ernest DuMouchelle, who served as the vice president of DuMouchelles art gallery and auction house for more than half a century, died at 76 from natural causes while at home on Wednesday after a long-fought battle with heart problems. The death was confirmed by nephew and family spokesperson Robert DuMouchelle, who acts as general manager at DuMouchelles. SC

He lost his wife in Feb 2013. Antiques Roadshow’s china plate, Henry Sandon, is 90 today. He’s still able to get out and about and here’s a photo taken just 10 days ago of him looking chipper at Worcester Racecourse.
