Two notable names on my radar joining the 100 club today:

Eddie Robinson (wiki), oldest living Major League Baseball player and last survivor of the 1943 Navy World Series.
Peter Lloyd OBE (wiki), Australian aviator.

Both WWII vets, and both borderline chances of QOs I reckon.

Peter Lloyd OBE died back in August, aged 101.

Useless fact about Pierre Soulages.

He's one of the very few notable individuals featured on the List of long marriages page on Wikipedia.

He was married on 24 October 1942, meaning that he celebrated his 80th wedding anniversary 2 days ago.

I see his widow, Colette Soulages is 101.

I wonder if she could scrape a QO?

Since you are French, I had imagined you would come here to announce Pierre Soulages had died, which was not the case. I'm angry.

Well, at last.

Shyam Saran Negi will go vote at the booth, not at home in the next Himachal Pradesh elections*. His hearing and eyesight are both failing but otherwise he's been in better health than last year.

Marlon Brando's secretary Alice Marchak is apparently still alive.

Alice Marchak is 102 years old, and she's doing well. She lives in Newport Beach, California. She published her memoirs in 2007 titled Marlon and Me, which became a bestseller.

According to this link, she was born on 13 April 1920.

I wonder how many others in the Pageantry book are still alive. At a quick glance, most seem to have amounted to nothing more than obscure beauty pageants and modelling jobs.
