Ideas And Possibilities For 2016

Recommended Posts

My suggestion is to add these two:

- Danielle Darrieux - a famous a v prolific French actress, and one of the wives of the legendary Porfirio Rubirosa! She will be 99.

In addition to her legendary screen work she has also released albums as a singer and done voice over work, essentially picking her for the top 50 would kill 4 birds with 1 stone aka increase the number of 4 usually underrepresent demo's (Singer,Voice Over Performer,Female and Non UK/USA Citizen)in one fell swoop

I'm at the turning point of my deathlist calendar where I want him to survive the year (so he can be an easy hit on my DL next year) but simultaneously wouldn't mind collecting a 12th hit for this year.

I want him gone, decluttering of lists has to happen soon.

Update on Tony Booth.According to the BBC he is suffering from chronic heart failure as well having had alzheimer`s for 11 years now.He has also had a stroke and is 84.Surely time to put him on next year`s list?http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-leeds-34672403

Found this article from his wife in January this year:http://www.irishtimes.com/life-and-style/health-family/i-am-learning-to-count-my-blessings-steph-booth-married-to-alzheimers-1.2041148

Here is the key quote:" because this(2014) may well be our last Christmas together. Tony’s heart failure is such that nothing more in medical terms can be done for him"

Any updates on Gaston Glock?

Wondering if the reported health issues were court case related.

I see she was mentioned in 2012 but not since. Lee Radziwill, Jackie Onassis' sister, is 82 or 83 and there are conflicting reports that she is suffering from Alzheimer's (which brought down her mother) and if she has it that it may be later stage. Hard to tell but I'm guessing yes she has it but maybe not dire straits later stage. A socialite and name of her own, an obvious obit. If anyone can confirm a later stage Alzheimer's maybe she's worth a punt this year.

Paul Stephenson - race relations campaigner who led the Bristol bus boycott in 1965 that eventually brought about the race relations act was looking very chipper on't news last night.

Totally forgotten he's still around. Doubtless obitable on some ticket like being Britain's Rosa Parks as and when; thought I'd mention him, but not looking like 2016 fodder

First time I heard about this man. Deathlist, it's not just entertainment...

As imperialist Yankee politics are on the front page again, how about Ross Perot?

The old timer is 85 now, and always looked half dead anyways.

Indeed, it works that way for me. What's not to like where Coleridge Goode is concerned, centerian who scored for me this year and also led me to some great jazz records I'd not have heard otherwise. I like to think those final royalties put a few sausage rolls on the table so others could give him a good send off. Despite being alive since 1937 I'd say Mr Stephenson has looked after himself to the point he won't be allowing us to cash in very soon.

Given rumours I've heard in the past and probably you have too, are you thinking what I'm thinking?

My first idea was drug-related organ failure. I hadn't heard of these rumours, but that's another possibility. I guess in that case, money might make a big difference.

After getting "Sylvia's mother" stuck in my head after the latest episode of Fargo, that's, Fargo. Fargo the TV series. Fargo. I looked up what age Ray Sawyer is.

Bugger me, he is 79 in a few weeks. I know he broke an arm earlier in the year and still is touring , but surely to Gawd that must take a toll on him...?

Rita Wilson, actress and wife of Tom Hanks, has revealed that she was diagnosed with breast cancer.

Cancer free!

As if.

http://www.people.com/article/rita-wilson-officially-cancer-free-one-hundred-percent-healthy-prepares-tour

I should put together a theme team strictly of those who the previous year declare to be cancer free. Guaranteed 1/4 drop dead.
