I'm about to say the most important thing I've ever said here. They will stage Trump's assassination to trigger global war. On a serious note, that's totally consistent with other rumours suggesting he scoffed industrial quantities of ADHD meds whilst president. A known side-effect of excessive use of such meds is incontinence. For all Woodward's intervention looks like a personal dig, and probably is, the timing is telling, just after an apparently honest reveal by Kamala Harris that takes into account regular colon checks (because there's a family history she should be concerned about) and mammograms. So, Trump's doctor comes out with a couple of lines about the man being in great shape but doesn't mention the once-president stinks of piss.
