Clorox Bleachman 2,410 Posted June 10, 2018 I've done a lot more research on Claire Wineland and I was incorrect in saying that she'd already had a lung transplant. She experienced respiratory failure when she was 13 and somehow survived against the odds. In the last 12 months her condition has rapidly deteriorated and she changed her mind on getting a lung transplant. Now she is waiting for one - hopefully she does because she seems like a great person with so much potential, but the next few months are crucial to her survival.
