Just found a peach of a film for the next round - rather depends on a quick conclusion to the first round!

Mwahahahaha....:reading-glasses:

Unfortunately Jack Nicholson is an ineligible pick as late entries must all be unique actors

Can I switch Jack Nicholson with: Dame Eileen June Atkins (Stage name is Eileen Atkins)?

Just finished watching Is Paris Burning? and oh boy, was it a slog. It really didn't need to be 175 minutes long. War films from that time are fairly undramatic but I like that because it seems more realistic, almost as though the characters are numb to the conflict (the film took place years after WWII began). I recognised my 3 picks so it was all worth it, ha!

I have seen 18 and a half. I know I started watching Frenzy and I know I didn't see the end of it.

15 I know I've seen, one or two others I feel I must have watched at some point, purely because they're old & will have been on TV back in the old three-channel days.

I'm in.  After a good period of research, I came up with . . . . . .The Longest Day, Dewey Martin, Patrick Jordan and Michael Medwin, all born in 1923!  Then before posting I looked again and shitbox if it ain't already taken.  12 million movies out there and someone finds the same one I did.  Oh well, going with my backup then:

A Bridge Too Far, 1977

Sean Connery 1930

Gene Hackman 1930

Ryan O'Neal 1941

It's a longshot, but at least the actors are all household names.

Looks like you may have had a lucky escape.

According to this, Dewey Martin died back in March: https://www.findagrave.com/memorial/188553753/dallas-dewey-martin

I can only be certain that I've seen four in their entirety. {Dalek Invasion of Earth, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, Wizard of  Oz and Frenzy}

I've possibly seen all of Mary Poppins, but not all at the same time and not in the right order. I've seen most of West Side Story, half of the Great Escae, and The Godfather and the End of The Wicker  Man. I think I've seen one bit of Gunfight at the Ok Chorale as well, oh and a brief bit of Carry on Henry.

I've seen Mary Poppins, Shitty Shitty Bang Bang, Chamber of Secrets (at least 5 times, I reckon), The Godfather, Wizard of Oz and Nanny McPhee. CCBB and HP were the ones I actually liked.

Frenzy is one of my favourite films. I might watch it now actually.

There are quite a few I've seen bits of, but I have definitely seen the following:

The Doors

A Night To Remember

Carve Her Name With Pride

The Longest Day

Mary Poppins (at the cinema with my mum)

West Side Story

The Wicker Man

Possibly seen  - but may have confused with others in the series

Harry Potter & the Chamber Of Secrets (I know I saw the first one and I may have seen this one on the telly)

Carry On Henry

19/20 in entirety I think.

Time Bandits/Frenzy/Silence of the Hams I may have seen but just can't mind them properly.

Paths of Glory is a must watch imo.

I've possibly seen bits of that one too or maybe just a trailer for it.  I recall seeing a scene where Harry is talking to snake and it seems to be from that film, it might have been that the film was on in the background or it could have been an advert for it .
