Pearl Carr got a mention on Radio 4 news Bulletin on Sunday evening. Surely there is something somewhere.

How's the Telegraph suit you?

Today and for the next few days we keep an eye out for that elusive butterfly. A DDP hit on 29 February.

Let's hope another 4 years doesn't have to pass.

Last two have produced misses of sorts - 2012 Davy Jones of the Monkees was picked a year before, and in 2016, Louise Rennison kept her front page BBC news cancer private.

In recent days one of the hosts on my radio's 60s station was mentioning quite a bit how the 8th anniversary of Davy Jones's death was coming up. Dying on Feb 29 is pretty much the only way one will make such a deal about the 8th anniversary!

Still got to say, poor old Dennis Chinnery went rather overlooked in 2012 too...

Not sure if this is worth posting as a DDP noob, but I noticed one team has actress Peggy Stewart as an unique pick, but she died in May last year

Usually when you see that, the person didn't nominate any subs or reply to requests to do so, and the system kept crashing by removing them.

They wont get points anyhow!

I don’t think it’ll be that impactful since the Guardian will still cover a lot of those names, but there’s certainly some names now you’d have to think twice about before you put them on your team.

Relaying from msc that his laptop is in need of repair and his DDP updates will have to wait until further notice.

Ahem, and I will be in Greece from 9th-14th, so no score updates either.

Come on man, we've told you before: North American sportsmen die, they get covered in the Mail.

Is there a part of 'it'll come' you didn't understand?

Hey there is a problem with my Made In Detroit team.  I never put 'John Edwards' the politician from North Carolina.  That makes no sense.  Now I have no idea what 'Edwards' it is, though Dennis Edwards (the Temptations) makes sense .  It sure as hell wasn't a person from North Carolina on a team called Made In Detroit.  I don't have my paperwork with me..... you have my email @msc and I'm guessing I posted here on these pages.  Let's figure it out.

Christ....the things you have to do around here....

(EDIT:) As posted here on the launch:
4. John Edwards (music, The Spinners)

Hi Sir Creep - you put details of who each person was when you submitted your team so we’ll be able to sort.

Dennis Edwards died in 2018, but looking at your team it seems to be John Edwards of the Spinners
