I can exclusively reveal American newsrooms are currently running around like blue-arsed flies at this news, so I think we're looking at him going in the next few days rather than a brave final weeks fight against cancer.
Anyone else remember when CNN uploaded their Pope John Paul II obit prematurely by accident? Only it was based on the Queen Mum obit so referred to JPII as "the nation's favourite grandmother" and "fond of her whisky".
From what I could see, he was sort of a Lloyd Grossman who went to the US and made Lloyd Grossman type TV shows. Before he moved to the States in the 60s he was a Daily Mail journalist.
And Biblio ain't the only one pissed about the lack of Fisher's obit. Just seems a right lack of respect for certain folk (writers, TV character actors...) by major publications these days. Really this site is far more respectful, between the lot of us someone somewhere catches the news and reports it, and someone somewhere remembers them fondly (not counting Ian Brady types)...
Even if it is for a stilted 30 second cameo at WrestleMania IV!

Shame, good axe man on a Great 3 albums.
I think he left after a Tarot reading, which stated a Skynyrd guitarist born on 14/9/49 would die in a plane crash.
So he made sure his replacement was Steve Gaines.
Both were born on that exact same date.
Rosemary Powell hardly had a legion of fans on this game.
Gooseberry Crumble joins the scorers, with only two teams left holding their cards close to their chest.
No bonuses, leaderboard updated.

Hmmm
Bit of a curve ball but...
Is it possible tickets to hear her talk were a harder sell than an all singing/all dancing greatest hits show?
I've got a DDP pick riding on her and she looks so well I kicking myself over wasting the team selection. Seriously don't believe it's that bad and it'll take more than a sad last days job to convince me otherwise.
