Tories on 131 is obviously still far, far higher than they deserve but it's still quite astonishingly low so we can't be sad about that! If Reform get something like that get almost all their MPs on the by-election bingo: their vetting has been poor and I suspect skeletons will come out of the closet, especially if Labour improve standards MPs are held to.

TQR 14,386 Posted July 4 The Tories have done far better than expected in Scotland if the EP is to be believed, possibly down to a lack of tactical voting.

RoverAndOut 4,746 Posted July 4 Mel Stride back according to Jeremy Vine. Has the supermajority argument tempted a few weak thickos back into the Tory fold? Also noting Labour's 2 and 3% rises in vote share in regions across the country and the Tory drops of 20-30%. Farage is going to be cockahoop.
Commtech Sio Bibble 2,028 Posted July 4 Looking at Sky News's seat predictions Sunak is safe, Corbyn is too close to call, Galloway is out, Farage is in and Lee Anderson is still too close to call.

I can't see it being as high as 13 and as low as 10. Reform will get two... maybe three if they're lucky. SNP maybe 20-ish?

Looking at the predictions for the seats of the big 3 (Farage, Anderson & Tice) only Nigel Farage is predicted to win, the other 2 are 50/50, so I'm starting to think it may be an overestimation.
