ajlposh 549 Posted August 24, 2013 New update. But it's pretty much the same thing http://www.nelsonmandela.org/news/entry/update-on-former-president-nelson-mandela-issued-by-the-presidency2
Guest Guest Posted August 24, 2013 New update. But it's pretty much the same thing http://www.nelsonman...the-presidency2 Not quite. There is some new and interesting info .For example they are saying that he is 'unstable at times' , which they've never said before. They say there has to be frequent medical interventions to then stabilise his condition again. Also saying he is showing 'great resilience' indicates to me that they are amazed he's made it this far, b ut realistically don't expect him to be able to last much longer . There's more info here http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-africa-23825967

Is this a record for someone on the list?

Guest Guest Posted August 31, 2013 If he's released from hospital does that mean he's getting better,or that there's nothing more can be done for him and he wants to die at home? Todays news could be a sign that the end is near!

Guest Guest Posted September 1, 2013 It's being made pretty clear that he's gone home to die. His condition has not improved according to govt sources,so maybe now he's at home he'll soon go.Maybe that's all he was hanging on for http://news.sky.com/story/1135701/nelson-mandela-discharged-from-hospital
Paul Bearer 6,100 Posted September 1, 2013 I reckon they're playing the old hokey cokey game with him. In, out, in out, but will they shake him all about?

Phantom 2,532 Posted September 7, 2013 Some disturbing news coming in that there has been a power cut affecting Mandelas house. How this might have affected his life support machines etc I'm not sure .Will try to get more details http://www.telegraph...-power-cut.html That's the 2nd time I think that's happened. edited to say: my error, the incident I was thinking of was just a letter warning that the power could be shut off
Guest Guest Posted September 7, 2013 Well that letter was a final demand for payment and it seems the Mandelas ignored it!
Phantom 2,532 Posted September 8, 2013 Well that letter was a final demand for payment and it seems the Mandelas ignored it! It wasn't intended for them, it was sent to them in error. Authorities have since said that the the bill should have been delivered to another customer in a neighbouring suburb and had instead been delivered to Mr Mandela's property accidentally. Perfect Passing 277 Posted September 12, 2013 A new film about Madiba has had it's premier at the Toronto Film Festival. "Early scenes in Justin Chadwick's film show Mandela as a womaniser who was violent to his first wife Evelyn." The first of many I suspect, to dissect the great man's life and work. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/entertainment-arts-24010839

A truly honest film would portray his racism towards whites and his necklacing of people for fun.

Lord Fellatio Nelson 6,218 Posted September 24, 2013 Reports suggest Mandelas consition has deteriorated since he was released from hospial and he has 'lost awareness' whatever that means.. http://www.dnaindia....ating-condition FFS, do bears shit in the woods? He lost "awareness" ages ago, that archive footage they keep rolling out, him sitting there at the dinner table with his family, clearly shows a very old man who has not a fucking clue about whats going on around him and has all the reactions of a heavily botoxed sloth. Fuckity fuck.
