Looks older (atleast in this picture).

However great considering she recently lost her husband

She still looks considerably younger than 95.

Given a new corgi by Andew.

Now she has Candy (the very old one), Muick (given to her a couple of months ago) and this one.

Check out the caption on the video.  :evil2:

"Queen gets two new corgi puppies after last one died to help her through royal crisis with Meghan"

I was looking into the fords and how i notice so i do, they both died at age 93. Maybe her majesty will mirror her hubbys age. I think most will agree she's not saying her goodbyes until 2025. I certainly won't put her on my nxt years list -_-

I think it's just the angle and the dress.  Barring her getting some illness she'll easily live to 100.

She is the longest reigning monarch still alive. (reign: 69 years 157 days)

She will become longest reigning monarch ever (overtaking Louis XIV of France) on 8 May 2024.

She is the oldest monarch currently alive. (age: 95 years 84 days), holding that position since 2015

She is the oldest monarch ever alive.

She is currently 15th on the list of oldest state leaders still living.

She is the oldest state leader still living and still in office.

There is the question whether egyptian pharaoh Pepi II actually reigned for 94 years and died at 101 as some egyptian sources have had it.

Could be, could not be, as the Old empire collapsed either after his reign or in the latter third of his life.

Maybe he Dilip Kumar'ed in his latter years, so one thing led to another.

Edit: Ah, and here is a suitable wikipedia list: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_centenarians_(royalty_and_nobility)

All this discussion is not going to disguise the fact that QEII ain't going anywhere this year or next. If anything she has looked healthier since Philip died

You've left an open goal there ...

But as a normal sort of explanation, I think it's lifted a weight off her heart.  He was in bad health for so long it would have been a constant worry to her.  Now he's gone she's feeling that sense of relief you get when the worst is over and you'd already done most of your mourning before the actual death.

Yeah, my gran used to stress quite noticeably about my grandad's failing health, but when he actually did die, and the immediacy of the loss was over, it was like she lost ten years off her age because, as you say, that constant worry was now over.

I was actually thinking the same thing. My Dad's partner developed dementia and they moved her into a home it lifted a huge weight from my Dad as he didn't have to do all the caring but it gave him a reason to get out of the house to go and visit her.

I feel like we have the "Elizabeth II will live for a while yet" conversation every 3 months on here.

92 pages of it. Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz. And that's coming from a big monarchist.

FTR though, I agree, and that's why we shouldn't have wasted a DL space on her, and picked.... ooo I dunno... Larry King? Dilip Kumar?

Dominic Cummings could well have saved her life back in March 2020.

I know, I didn’t think I’d see this either.

Nah.  I think she would have just said No anyway.  She wouldn't need any help from the likes of Scummings.
