ThePrematureBurial 224 Posted January 8, 2020 The "Sun" got pictures of him shopping for groceries in Malibu. He can still take care of himself. Not bad for a 94 years old. https://www.the-sun.com/entertainment/227184/dick-van-dyke-shaggy-beard-la-grocery-shopping/
YoungWillz 21,067 Posted January 8, 2020 I liked him when he was drawing pics on the pavement rather than carrying his shopping home.

It's not like he will be expecting to live under a Sanders presidency for a full term, let alone two ffs!

DeathClock 379 Posted July 21, 2020 I find it a bit odd that he never released a statement about the passing of Carl Reiner. Could he be too sick to put out a statement?

The Great Cornholio 902 Posted August 14, 2020 Committee should probably reconsider DVD's position for next year. Reportedly in great health, doesnt look bad for a 94 y/o either. Seems that the only reason committee chose him was purely on the count of him being old, famous and for being a DL regular. My take is that next year he should be further down, I think there are much better candidates than him.

Deathrace 1,171 Posted August 15, 2020 If they are all at the starting line on 1 January 2021, why not have DVD, Julie Andrews, Glynnis Johns and Angela Lansbury? All of whom are associated with Mary Poppins. We could even throw in David Warner as well.
Spade_Cooley 9,541 Posted August 15, 2020 What you're saying is that the untimely death of Matthew Garber aged 21 was actually a sacrifice to give everlasting life to the rest of the film's cast? 2

To be fair he was the oldest looking 8 year old in the world at the time of Poppins.

Spade_Cooley 9,541 Posted October 20, 2020 Perhaps underlining how bad a pick this is, I note that Dick Van Dyke apparently earned the fourth most money of any celebrity on Cameo last week. He does charge £830 a pop, but still he's one place ahead of Jason Alexander.
