Central to the team of limited talents who improbably hauled themselves to league leadership 89-90 but fell down at the final hurdle and just missed the play-offs. A key moment in that season saw us away at Southend (2nd hosting 1st) and losing 2-0 with nine men on the pitch at the final whistle. Nigel wasn't one of them! gcreptile 10,909 Posted February 4, 2019 About Dean Hoyle, there was a tweet in January, someone was saying that it's "only" pancreatitis and initially they feared something worse, i.e. pancreatic cancer. Hence, the "gravely ill" comments. Ah well, pancreatitis can lead to pancreatic cancer. And, it can be an effect of excessive drinking. I wonder if that's the reason the family declined to comment. Spade_Cooley 9,459 Posted February 5, 2019 Weirdly enough, the Facebook group "Llandrindod Solutions", a place to discuss ways to improve the town of Llandrindod, has someone asking about where they could speak to the family of a Reg Pugh two days ago. Being as both Reg Pugh the footballer and Reg Pugh discussed here were stationed in Burma during WW2, are from the same area of Wales and are around the same age, we can assume it's the same person?
