Santi Gutiérrez Calle was a man who took his work very seriously. Thanks to his work, 112 youth players were professional footballers. I talked to him several times. Well, when I knew him, I have to admit I felt a little scared but otherwise respect. He was a man of few words and great humility. Santi was very considerate of others. His extraordinary instinct, integrity and compassionate nature made him a very respected man. Rest in peace.

Fergie86 376 Posted November 26, 2023 Sad news, Terry was arguably England’s greatest international manager since Sir Alf way back in 1966, if we had got to the final back in 1996 I’m sure we would have won it but as usual with England we were so near but so far away, he probably left too early as well but it was decided so far in advance he was leaving that it was never likely he would stay past Euro 96. Terry certainly got around in his playing and managerial career even if he didn’t win as much as he should of done he certainly fitted a lot into his life with his business interests too, a life well lived a true character and a one off. RIP Terry.
