Good to see that the English legal system has a sense of humour How clogged up is the British legal system these days or are there just so many cases because of Operation Yewtree that it's taking so long?

WednesdayAddams 103 Posted January 8, 2017 This **** got me into the biggest Facebook fight I've ever been in. Exaro news (now defunct) broke the news of his arrest, I told my mates and they flew at my throat like I'd just touched up their grannies. This was hot on the Saville scandal of course and lots of 70s and 80s icons were caught up in the mess. People were sensitive about crushed understandings of the world they grew up in. Exaro had a track record of being right on stuff when it came to naming names. Sometimes those names were innocent, mind, but they did know who had been collared by the fuzz. When they said Harris was the subject of MSM reports of a man being arrested on suspicion of that kind of thing, I knew they were right. When it was confirmed a few days later, my mates blamed me for being the messenger! lol For that reason, as well as others, I won't be sorry to see him go. Childhood memories in dust etc.

msc 18,439 Posted January 8, 2017 I was a big fan of Rolf as a kid - animal hospital, the art shows, etc. But meh, who cares, it was much worse for the actual victims, I say. Savile on the other hand always came across as a bit creepy.

Is Alwen likely to show up in court?
