How clogged up is the British legal system these days or are there just so many cases because of Operation Yewtree that it's taking so long?

This **** got me into the biggest Facebook fight I've ever been in. Exaro news (now defunct) broke the news of his arrest, I told my mates and they flew at my throat like I'd just touched up their grannies. This was hot on the Saville scandal of course and lots of 70s and 80s icons were caught up in the mess. People were sensitive about crushed understandings of the world they grew up in. Exaro had a track record of being right on stuff when it came to naming names. Sometimes those names were innocent, mind, but they did know who had been collared by the fuzz. When they said Harris was the subject of MSM reports of a man being arrested on suspicion of that kind of thing, I knew they were right. When it was confirmed a few days later, my mates blamed me for being the messenger! lol

For that reason, as well as others, I won't be sorry to see him go. Childhood memories in dust etc.

I was a big fan of Rolf as a kid - animal hospital, the art shows, etc. But meh, who cares, it was much worse for the actual victims, I say.

Savile on the other hand always came across as a bit creepy.

Sepsis? That's pretty serious. Can't read the article because it won't let me read it because you have to pay. But how did I end up not hearing about this news?

That's from last September. He should be ok by now, although he is to test via a video link.

Link or no; there'll be reporters there and some general form-studying opportunities in what they tell us. Is Alwen likely to show up in court?

Alwen could barely make it last time. If she is in court. I doubt Rolfe would be able to see much of her for moral support

Try this. It is the BBC from last month. It covers mostly the same material though: http://www.bbc.com/news/uk-38329541

NSPCC tape played at his trial

That's the sort of stuff that gets jurors dabbing their eyes

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-38595613

I read somewhere recently he had his hands up the skirts of 12-year-old and 14-year-old girls in the 70s. Basically a serial predator like Saville.

Yeah, he also assaulted a blind woman.

Allegedly he put something in her hand and said 'Can you guess what it is yet?

She didn't see him coming!

Unlike his other poor victims
