This woman was amazing, she was offered Secretary of State For Education by Reagan (which she declined), preferring to remain a teacher. He disclosed in 2008 that he had been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease, and he retired for health reasons in 2013. He served as Virginia Tech's athletic director for 16 years, the second-longest tenure in school history.
