A man who had a stroke and spent 20 hours unconscious in a Sydney hospital toilet before he was found, has died.

The man went to the Royal North Shore hospital on Monday for an appointment in the outpatient clinic, and when he failed to present himself to the clinic staff, he was listed as a “no show”.

He was found on Tuesday in a hospital toilet, sparking a major investigation into how he went unnoticed for so long.

On Saturday, the hospital confirmed the man had died.

A San Francisco Bay-area man died after being run over by a World War Two-era tank during a family reunion over the weekend at a property owned by the chairman of Jelly Belly Candy Co, officials and the family said.

I'm on board with the ghost theory. It's probably the ghost of a former patient in that home who was buried alive after unqualified personnel falsely declared his/her death.

An uncle and aunt couple of me mum's died on the same day, Aunt Mien a few hours before Uncle Jan. Mien had been suffering some form of cancer, Jan from emphysema. Both were in their late 70s and AFAIK they were quite fond of each other. The atmosphere at their funeral was remarkably chipper.
