Condition has definitely worsened, painful to watch. Says he can't imagine living to 80.

It's likely he's got a decade though. At least. And with all the money his foundation's poured into treatments and cures... Who knows?

Actual picture of Michael J. Fox, who imo looks better than Meg Ryan by his side.

True enough but why are his flies open. Maybe part of the treatment.

It's pre-recorded and they played the whole interview this morning on the BBC News channel. Looks about the same. Lots of uncontrollable twitching but otherwise hasn't really aged, isn't losing weight. Likely has at least another 5–15 years unless some kind of complication results.

Was apparently in great shape appearing at Megacon in Orlando last week, according to posts I've seen.

Seems pretty normal, he was apparently walking the red carpet this evening as well but apparently him presenting the award was a bit of a surprise.

In a wheelchair as he came on but good to see he's still able to travel, despite all the injuries he's suffered recently.

I'd be surprised if he sees 70, but hopefully he has a few years left, at least.  Doesn't seem to be in imminent danger.

I was genuinely surprised and heartened to see how well he was looking given his health issues.

Saw him just now on TV. Given that it's midnight, possibly jet lagged and I don't know if any medications he takes may affect him at certain times. He looks ok (for the condition he is in).

Sadly I don't think he'll make another decade but I don't think he'll go in the next couple of years. Unless he gets diagnosed with something that would make his death imminent personally I'd never pick him.

Well at least he seems to be playing - though I can't tell if his guitar is actually plugged into anything or not.

Is the wheelchair a semi-regular thing for him now, at least in public? It seems like he still does walk (his documentary showed that), but I'm not sure if this was an acquiescence to the potential of him tripping on a cable/uneven stage flooring (as a former actor, stages can be a bitch like that), or if it's an active health thing for him now.
