A tip in the Sun. Albert Dryden, who became rather notorious here in 1991, for shooting a councilman dead during a live TV interview (due to a housing dispute), has been released from his life sentence. Had a massive stroke, can't speak, in a nursing home, 77 now.

 

 

PS I believe there's video of the incident in that article which autoplays. He shoots off camera, from memory, but mentioning just in case anyone is triggered. And not like the council chap...
