Grim Up North 3,727 Posted May 9, 2017 14 hours ago, Shaun of the Dead said: Not that long I doubt. Well the average life expectancy for a 90 year old (someone born in 1927) is 4.4 years (4 for a man, 4.8 for a woman). As this is a last man standing game I would presume that no-one will be picking people who are already ill and therefore it is likely that the average will be exceeded (even if the picks were random this is still probably true). In 2011 if you were already 90 you had a 9.3% chance of reaching 100 - I doubt that has changed much. So if there are 11 people in the game you can expect it to last about 10 years.Chances of reaching 100

Predictor 1,018 Posted July 19, 2017 Thomas Noguchi, the man who got to see Marilyn Monroe & Sharon Tate naked IRL...although in less than ideal circumstances. He said the following in 2014: Recently, Noguchi has been working to promote ethics in forensic medicine at US graduate schools. His vitality shows no signs of diminishing. In what seems to be a pet phrase of his, Noguchi tells me, “I don’t just plan to live until I’m 100. I plan to work until I’m 100.”

I will add that sometimes The Times do feature their full write up obituaries in the print version that, for whatever reason, are not available online until some time later. Would he tie the DDP record if we find it?
