Blimey. I didn't suspect anything serious either. Fidel has always provided lots of discussion fodder besides his health because of... politics. And many fake terminal illness or death reports have also surfaced in the last few years. When he stepped down almost a decade ago I though he would already be suffering from bowel cancer and might have months to live at most.
