Trestin Meacham is on hunger strike until gay marriage is outlawed in the state of Utah. Good idea, get his weight down from chubby papa bear mode and reinvent himself as a lithe power bottom twink.

Can I just make another proposal for banning guests? The forums are just saturated with irrelevant drivel, ok so every now and then there's one who is a amusing or makes a valid point, but generally they just spout shite. Really it only takes someone like a few minutes to register, just a good way of filtering out the cretins and trolls (one in particular who is like an annoying persistent boil, clogging the forums with his asinine twaddle, I'm sure I don't have to mention him by name...)

Only when Israel realises that only itself can bring peace to the region, that there will be peace.

Can I get my user title changed to "Rich Homie Quantick"? Thought I'd make it an even more obscure music reference than it currently is.

That dementia might actually work the opposite way. He's such a control freak anyway so if he starts babbling and losing the plot he might let a few details slip that someone with their wits about them could check.

Take your time TMIB, it is a phenomenal amount of work to get the DDP up and running and I can only imagine how much of your time it takes up, especially over the festive period when you should be relaxing and enjoying the holiday. Perhaps you should run a disclaimer with the entry in future years saying there will be no email confirmations and just ask entrants to check their teams are there when all is up and running? Anyway, good luck with what you are doing, and best wishes for the New Year.

I'm likewise surprised by no Jaruzelski or Benn. I think besides Jaru though everyone that was a definite keeper returned. Plenty of good names, Wilko, Simon, Harper, Joost, Kasem... Also like seeing Luise Rainer (kind of assumed she just wasn't viewed as "DeathList"-y since she stayed off well into her 100s) and Sid Caesar as well. Some lower-list names seem real healthy but I suppose the same could be said for last year and that did very well via the unhealthier picks.

Oddly their Harrogate branch re-located only a few weeks ago. The new shop is roughly the same size as the old, but located in a shopping centre as opposed to on a major shopping street. They probably got a rent free agreement with another landlord. another two hmv's to add to the 8 or so already closing. http://www.birminghampost.co.uk/business/business-news/more-jobs-misery-midland-hmv-6457276 http://www.southwalesargus.co.uk/news/10904211.HMV_in_Newport_to_close_in_January/ What is happening here is hilco wants to keep the stores running were they can get short term or long term rent free agreements so they can collect as much money as possible before the inevitable collapse . So maybe not complete closure in jan 2014 but hilco have no interest in keeping HMV going for the long term ,I give them 2 years max . So: The discipline of the market, or summat. Laat de Rode Haan maar kraaien, Als je 't kapitaal kunt naaien. as an old Dutch socialist song goes. regards, Hein

Political experts believe he is getting rid of all the military first politicians (older generation) and replacing them with economic politicians to take north korea in the similar direction as china has gone. So in the not so distant future you maybe wearing shoes made in north korea. Except the reality is no self-respecting western company would buy goods made in north korea... oh sorry, they said that about china as well look what hapenned. So this gibbering sub-GCSE man-child has the political nouse and economic vision to re-imagine his famine-ravaged fiefdom as a full-blown economic power-house with gigantic growth potential and the infrastructure to re-tool and compete within the global economy, right? Well, that or he sees killing his own uncle as akin to mastering another level on Grand Theft Auto. Or as I call him, Psy's evil twin.
