2 pointsWas it the full face of the alien in the closing credits? Actually, I just happened to turn it on during a scene where somebody was beheading someone. I am still trying to work out which episode featured a beheading (I am by no means a Trek expert. I am mostly familiar with the films.) RadGuy or Bibliogryphon, any idea what the episode was called? Bread and Circuses.? I think that was the only episode I've ever watched of Star Trek, but to be honest I don't even remember there being a beheading in it. I don't think that wasn't the same episode ... I was very small also, so I don't really remember if it was a beheading or being stabbed some other part of the body, but it scared the crap out of me! I've only watched one episode and part of one of the films. They showed one of the films at our school when the boiler broke down, so they'd wheel a television in to the assembly hall and let us watch a film while we waited for our parents to come and collect us. I never really understood the appeal behind Star Trek. At the time I was more into Dr. Who.

I don't remember anything particularly graphic in the orignial series but it doesn't mean that Star Trek was not capable of being controversal the first inter-racial kiss on US TV was on Star Trek.

1 pointBernard Cribbins will never see the inside of one of my teams, but as he's immortal, its a moot point.

1 pointI don't give a shit as long as I get my stick of rock! Sorry cat. Security wouldn't let me take it on to the 'plane. They said it resembled a stick of dynamite. ;-)

1 pointYou're missing the past. What once started as a topic discussing possible deaths evolved in one disussing actual deaths as well. No mod could be arsed to change the title. On a more personal note: I don't particularly like it when a newbie member vents opinions on forum organisation. There's nothing wrong with pointing out mistakes, but don't overdo it and do it politely. DON'T SHOUT! I can't speak for other mods, but little pisses me off more than being told what to do by a newbie.

1 pointFucks sake... 1/50 for the committee, hate it when those bums catch up with me. Also just shows you what a crapshoot death is, to think this guy's gone while fatty Shatner's still out there somewhere getting Jim Beamed up.

1 pointYou've got to actually find a picture of them tumbling for a decent effect. Otherwise it just looks like a picture of you and your Norfolk pals trying to hitch a lift to the Foghat gig..... Oh and there was plenty of posts in the previous politics thread before it got inexplicably wiped. =/ Sorry, living in Norfolk means im not as hip as you, Ive never hear of fogtwat or whatever their name is. Also, to be fair, my bollocks aren't as hairy as the average tumbleweed. Top bantz guys lol...... You taking the piss? Moi? Never! I'm just enjoying the banter - one of you makes me laugh my tits off, the other is an annoying twat!

1 pointThis obituary has been removed from the Reno Gazette-Journal and republished by Gawker. Despite the late Ms Johnson-Reddick's alleged personal shortcomings, I can't help thinking that her children - if they are responsible for this submission - may have inherited some of her vindictive nature.
