Peter then attempts multiple times to commit suicide, with each attempt failing due to everything he touches turning into Robin. Eventually, Peter sends the Robins out into the world to make others laugh, and cuts off his hands to prevent more from being created. News of Williams' death broke just as the episode ended, causing the channel to pull a rerun scheduled to air that Friday, and also led to the removal of Peter's suicide attempts on ITV2's broadcast.
