4 pointsComedy night at the London Palladium. Frank Skinner was compère, others were Pierre Novellie, Maisie Adam, Rob Beckett, Babatunde Aléshé, Sophie Duker and Jon Richardson. All were brilliant, particularly the three in the second half.

3 pointsI hate The Boer and I will happily express my hatred for him on this forum thank you very much. And your statement is just wrong, twitter is bleeding both money and real users. Unless you count the bot spam of course.

2 pointsBrought home a bottle of Riga Black Balsam. It smells like Calpol/Ribena and opens up your sinuses. Would recommend in shot form.

2 pointsWhile we were out and about earlier we went to Nisha Katona’s restaurant, Mowgli, in Camden. Truly stunning food and nice novelty swings instead of chairs, 10/10 would recommend…but anyway, back on topic, they did possibly the best Old Fashioned I’ve ever had, with Monkey Shoulder, apricot liqueur, black cardamom and curry leaf.

2 pointsYves Tumor was promoted to headliner at Queen Margaret Union on the campus of Glasgow Uni. And oh, I could definitely see them this time: Bless that young security guy, he seemed genuinely in fear of the band. Yves has a weird vendetta against flash photography (when there were fucking strobe lights) but puts on a spectacular show when hacked off. I love how easy it is to get right into the splash zone at cheap gigs in small venues.

1 pointNirvana certainly took note of the main riff for Eighties! But did Killing Joke themselves take it off the Damned?

1 pointAugust article with mentions of Victor Orena. Wheelchairbound, but still able to talk. He's at FMC Devens that has an unique memory disorder unit. Not mentioned in the article but other notable inmates of FMC Devens include Genovese consigliere James Ida and child molester, former FBI ten most wanted lister Richard Goldberg.

1 pointRoger Golubski, Kansas detective/rapist/the guy who framed John Keith Calvin and helped run a teenager sex trafficking operation, not in great health and victims fear he'll die before trial. (Chronic renal failure, diabetes complications, quintuple bypass last year)

1 pointAh, jolly beans, thanks YW. Still would like to know why Anna Cardwell isn't acceptable. If it's to do with the chickadee bit, then that can be taken from her name as she is called Anna (hence A) She's definitely famous enough (as it were) to pass DDP fame test.
