For starters, I'd say

1. Rush Limbaugh

2. Yoko Ono

3. Mikhail Gorbachev

4. Jerry Lee Lewis

5. Tommy Lasorda

Agreed.
The supply of centenarians has been exhausted by DL2020, so at least one 100+ entry should be included next year.

(And no, I'm not considering Prince Philip as a contender for the 100+ category next year, as he'll surely not make it to the new year)

Lot of possible picks. Yoko Ono must be on as she is in failing health. Gorbachev and Larry King will no doubt return. Rush Limbaugh is a guaranteed pick, Shannen Doherty very likely, Tom Parker does not feel very Deathlisty. James Whale could be an idea, though I can't understand how popular he is in the UK. I also suggest Bernard Cribbins as one of the last remaining British entertainers born in the late 20s (this and last year have taken so many!). Dilip Kumar is the (second) most famous living Indian actors and 99 is probably too much even for the seemingly immortal pal. Kenneth Kaunda could be a prosecution of good DL record with African desposts, though he is not particularly ill, alas very old. Pope Benedict will also return. Norman Lloyd could deserve a spot and is practically a dead cert (increasingly frail and old as dirt). Tommy Lasorda seems a good pick too. I strongly suggest Jiang Zemin, being one of the most iconic (not always in a positive sense) of the last 30 years and also being a living meme, whatever that means. Besides that, he is frail and very very overdue. I like when DL gets a bit international and he is surely a better pick than Akihito.

The only thing I can find about Don King recently. Maybe not next year but for a later time since he looks fine.

Don King Says He Buried the Hatchet with Mike Tyson, We're Talking Again!

Clarissa Eden, Ryan O'Neal, James Lovelock , Barbara Windsor, Julie Goodyear, Yoko Ono, Pele and the Duchess of Kent are among  some of the many first timers I think the committee should strongly consider for next years list.

Three suggestions from me - 1) Brian Murphy aka Roper to go and be reunited with Mildred at long last in 2021, 2) Kenneth Cope aka Marty Hopkirk from Randall and Hopkirk Deceased, 3) Jean Boht (Mrs Boswell) to become BREAD in 2021.

Is that really Chomsky or is it the painting in Brian Wilson's attic?

Michael York announced he had Amyloidosis in 2013.

No recent news and nothing on twitter since the beginning of last year.

On average, people with familial ATTR amyloidosis live for 7 to 12 years after they get their diagnosis, according to the Genetic and Rare Diseases Information Center. A study published in the journal Circulation found that people with wild-type ATTR amyloidosis live an average of about 4 years after diagnosis.

Surely it's time for Glynis Johns to make her debut, no?

I couldn’t agree more. She should have taken Dick Van Dyke’s spots over the last few years.

Why not. And he brings his own headline: The Last Farewell, his biggest UK-hit from 1975 (#2).

By the way, his last Top10-hit was a duet with the late Des O'Connor in 1986: The Skye Boat Song.

What about voice actor Jimmy Weldon? He just turned 97, in September.

I think the Queen is very well, but the committee will put her on because imagine missing that one!

Phillip has to go on, and if any other royals go on it should be Katharine of Kent.

Also, I would second (or third, or two-hundred-and-twenty-fourth) Marsha Hunt, Bernard Cribbins, Larry King, Beverly Cleary, Benedict XVI, and Jiang Zemin.

I think the clearout we have had this year means the committee will look at the survivors with a more critical eye not just keeping them because they have been there for so long but there have been a lot of names kicking around all of which could be good options. However we don't even know if the committee will read this thread so I think the Crowdsourced list is the best method of holding them to account. So get your lists in.

I think he did start to look his age in Tenet and the last line said to him in the movie was something like ‘thank you Sir Michael’ so maybe Nolan knows something we don’t.
