It's because SC didn't use the correct punction for the abbreviation of Dr.

If he had, then it would have been found in the search.

SC's late for his nap which is why he's a bit cranky.

Marginally relevant but...

Parkinson's case Linda Ronstadt is the subject of today's free download at Mr Weird and Wacky (where the focus in mainly on the strange Silk Purse album cover that pits her pert and hot-panted body against some live adult pigs).

Either way, it's here: http://mrweirdandwacky.blogspot.co.uk/?zx=35c24926ba182f14

I do have to stand by wildstorm here. The search engine is flawed. Sometimes I search for a topic with the name in the title. The results I get gives me a lot of random clutter and the topic I want to find is buried at page three. This should be the top result. And many times, just like in wwildstorm's case, you don't find a result anyway. A single misprinted character yields a misfire whereas Google succeeds in finding a topic.

Don't blame wildstorm, blame the search engine.

Jimmy Ruffin http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/entertainment-arts-30111017?SThisFB did he die of a broken heart?

Has it really taken you a whole year since his death to think of that joke?!

Ease up on PB - said joke is a timely reissue; the way Ruffin's estate would want it, or summat.

S'funny that. I was having Facebook banter with a mate who is a musician and rates punk/new wave 70s as the driving force of all things good in the world. The gist of said conversation being our mutual horror when you actually look back at the depressing tonnage of utter shite - Brotherhood of Man, Pussycat, JJ Barrie, Bacarra etc. etc. - that made #1 whilst the Pistols, Clash and their ilk were revving up to change the world.

Interesting also that you bring up JJ Barrie who I just was considering for a theme team.
