Long time lurker never had much to say, but found out today something that made me bother to sign up… seems some organisations with government funding have been politely reminded of insurance policies around the death of a monarch. Could be just a studious higher ups response to publicly known news or could be a knows the full scenario nudge. :scratchhead:

Writes like Iain.

Seems as gullible / imaginative as Iain.

Are you Iain?

Take it or don’t. Makes no odds.

If it’s gullible to do work with an organisation who’ve spent all day risk assessing and doing as advised on insurance policies, then yes I must be. I mean I even said, might be nothing. I’m not rushing off to place my bets, but it’s more solid than some of the sh!te that’s filled 111 pages.

And if I were Iain, I’d have changed my name already.

It never ceases to amaze me how often this fact is overlooked. I believe Charles was quoted in the BBC article that, "It's not quite as easy at 95. It's hard enough at 73".

Anyway wouldn’t Nick Carter have a role in organising her funeral. Maybe he was there to chat about that with her lol.

No way she'd have a Backstreet funeral.

'....entered Edward.....'

I think Edward has been entered quite a few times.

I saw someone joking online that about life in Britain in 2025, which included something along the lines of King Andrew celebrating a year on the throne after the Queen's ascension and the strange assassination of Charles, William and Harry at a Spectator garden party.

(They didn't mention William's children but presumably that ruined the flow)

The younger generations have decided that it's time for the Queen to go. Dying from exhaustion at multiple christenings.

I did read an article once that stated that she had tits as big as marrows.

I would suggest that, as a 95 year old, carrying a couple of bazookas around WOULD give her a bad back.

It should be noted that bespoke corsetieres Rigby & Peller held the Royal Warrant as suppliers for many years.

Queen attends royal double christening at Windsor

Quote

The Queen has attended a rare royal double christening at Windsor, days after returning to public duties after a month of rest on doctors' advice.

Princess Eugenie and Zara Tindall, daughter of Princess Anne, hosted the joint baptism of their sons at the Royal Lodge in Windsor on Sunday.

The private service was attended by close friends and family members only.

The Queen leaves the christening in Windsor Great Park in Berkshire
