Randy Meisner, former band member of the iconic group the Eagles, is currently on a 72 hours psychiatric hold and suicide watch – following the shocking death of his wife Lana Meisner. According to a report from TMZ, the cops checked Randy in to a mental hospital after the Eagles guitarist expressed that he wanted to kill himself – and was clearly suicidal. Law enforcement told TMZ that Meisner was “distraught and unstable.”

I think it's worth keeping an eye on former Speaker of the US House, Dennis Hastert, 73. He's just been indicted for trying to cover up payments "to conceal past misconducts":

He was a teacher and wrestling coach and well, the rumour is that "past misconducts" means pedophile activities. He made these payments to somebody who claimed that the previous payments were not sufficient, i.e. Mr. Hastert was being blackmailed and it must have been something bad enough to hide even after his political career was already over. He lied to the FBI trying to explain what exactly the money was for. For his lies and his attempt to circumvent banking laws by dividing the big payment into several smaller ones, he faces up to 5 years in prison.

Edit: About Aaron Schock, I don't know whether he has actually returned into the public eye yet. But it's looking worse for him, too.

Former Kansas Jayhawks football halfback Brandon Bourbon, 24, was found dead Friday. Bourbon’s death was ruled a suicide. A missing-persons report was filed on April 2.

Sarah Kershaw, a former reporter for The New York Times who covered real estate, the Pacific Northwest and New York City schools, died on Monday at her home in Sosúa, a beach town in the Dominican Republic. She was 49.

She was found with a plastic bag tied over her head and pill bottles beside her, said Osvaldo Bonilla, a prosecutor for the province of Puerto Plata, who is investigating her death.

Officials are awaiting the results of toxicology tests before determining the cause of death, but Ms. Kershaw told friends that she planned to end her life because she suffered from a debilitating illness, Mr. Bonilla said.

Martin Senn, the Zurich Insurance Group AG chief executive officer who stepped down in a December reshuffle, has committed suicide, the company said in a statement on Monday. He was 59. The family informed Zurich Insurance that Senn had taken his own life on Friday, according to the statement. Senn was found in his holiday house in Klosters, a Swiss ski resort.

Lisa Lynn Masters has reportedly been found dead inside her room at the Nuevo Mundo hotel in Lima on Tuesday, according to Peru21.

According to the news site, the actress, 52, was found inside the closet of her room after she had hanged herself with her skirt. Officials, who said had been struggling with depression, found anti-depressants in her hotel room.
