themaninblack 2,112 Posted May 11, 2007 Bloody hell, the more I read about this woman, the more I dislike her. If the government ever need an effective anti-drugs campaign, they should forget their 'Heroin Screws You Up' or Zammo Maguire Just Saying No! Just print a picture of this...this...thing wearing a frigging snakeskin corset to her godson's sports day.Apparently her greatest claim to 'fame' other than looking like a dogs bum with a stupid hat on was that she 'discovered' Sophie Dahl. So she managed to fathom the fact that a good-looking blonde with ample bazoomas may be attractive? Hardly on a par with Rutherford, Crick or Einstein. Did anyone outside a small coterie of fashion journalists ever know this woman existed? eccentric fashion journalist Isabela Blow has died at 49. A drugs overdose You mention Sophie Dahl. Whenever there's any coverage about her, they always have to mention her Grandfather Roald, they never mention her Grandfather from her father's side or indeed her father who is....? football_fan 42 Posted May 13, 2007 Yahweh Ben Yahweh has died. A link might be useful: Yahweh ben Yahweh I am keeping my fingers crossed for a UK obit Me too. It is a shame that no British paper has mentioned him yet, he was an interesting chap. I think the obits pages of The Times or The Telegraph would be brightened up with tales of black separatism and mass murder in 1980s Florida . The New York Times has done him justice, let us hope that a British broadsheet takes the lead in good journalism and does the same. There is finally a U.K. obituary for Yahweh Ben Yahweh in the Guardian (It is the last obit at the bottom of the "Obituaries in the News" page )
