I did manage to last until Christmas day a couple of years ago, mainly by being a miserable git and not watching broadcast tele or listening to popular radio and being in control of the music at work.

 

In the interests of full disclosure I heard six seconds of it the other day by clicking on a spoof BoJo clip concerning last years Christmas Party. I assume even six seconds is enough to eliminate me.
