Boris Johnson

Recommended Posts

Classic radio live - Nick Robinson talking to Nadhim Zahawi and he has to interrupt him twice because they get notification that Laura Trott and Will Quince have both quit.

So, does Bojo go balls to the wall and move for an election? He's toast anyway.

We haven't heard from Ken Clarke recently either.

I’m sure I saw him mentioned as giving an interview not long ago.

Resignations now standing at 28 including 5 simultaneous ministerial resignations in a joint letter.

What, they were sharing a spliff when they wrote it?

The Conservative revival starts here!

The Queen has returned to Windsor. A sign she is getting a visit (not that he needs to until the actual day he goes).

I see the rise of the Monster Raving Looney Party. More mentally astute than the current lot and with a less radical, believable and sensible leader.

Saw a social media post indicating Gove (notable absentee at PMQs) will lead a delegation to Downing St. to tell him it's over.

Kind of fitting, mind, the man with a taste for marching powder, leading the march ^_^

Also the man who ended his leadership chances in 2016 now being the one to potentially plunge the final knife in. You know, if knives could kill him. I liked Andrew Mitchell's comparison of BoJo to Rasputin: "He's been poisoned, stabbed, shot and thrown in the river and yet still he lives".

Floundering like fuck in front of the committee atm, as the resignations (32 as of this post) pile up.

Say's "of course" he'll be PM tomorrow - doesn't elaborate whether that's as a lame duck whilst the election for the newbie gets underway.

He is gone by end of tomorrow potentially end of today.

Aye, may we live in interesting times. One of his many unwelcome parting gifts to the party being that he's tumbled so fast those with elaborate plans to replace him and struggling to get their collective butts in gear.

The dogfight over the next few days will be livlier than the dull group stages of the Women's Euros!

Nadine into Downing St.

"I'm doing it because I love you" presumably

She is being promoted to fill all the cabinet roles soon to be vacant when those who have gone to tell him to resign then quit or get sacked.
