He feels guilty, because he did not make the long road trip to talk her killer down. The deceased passed on at about 8:30 p.m. last Saturday at a Turkey Hospital in Abuja after a protracted illness. Late Lawal was appointed a federal minister in 2004 by former President, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo. He was equally retained in that capacity by late President Umaru Musa Yar’Adua in 2017.
