Noted South Korean-American character actor Soon-Tek Oh has reportedly died. Hasn't yet been picked up by major sources but his prolific appearances, including in the James Bond film 'Man with the Golden Gun', should see his death get some coverage.  For now, here is a South Korean source.

His was in quite a lot of M*A*S*H episodes as well. I think he was one of the few actual Koreans on the show.

Remember Albert Moses? Well the press didn't, despite his roles in The Spy Who Loved Me, East Is East and Carry On Emmannuelle, and all his other roles on TV, including working with Benny Hill and Little and Large.

And yet despite this, Soon-Tek Oh will probably get coverage. I continue to be saddened somewhat about our own showbiz personalities who keep getting missed, and yet those who were in US shows always get press.

I agree and I say that as a M*A*S*H fan.

Thanks, Chorizo. I will update the main list in the next day or two. I had completely forgotten about Zeffirelli and I didn't realise that Resnais was still alive. Didn't realise Jodorowsky and the Taviani brothers were so old.

Vittorio Taviani has died aged 88.

Not true apparently. He is not in a coma and has not suffered any heart attack. He just felt "unwell".
