YoungWillz 21,037 Posted May 15, 2018 Lest we forget it was Clive who introduced us to Margarita Pracatan. Here she is at a recent event, in case anyone wants to keep an eye on her: https://www.stokesentinel.co.uk/news/stoke-on-trent-news/tvs-margarita-pracatan-among-guests-1560378

Joey Russ 7,220 Posted July 4, 2018 He is one of many people who thanked the NHS in a recent Guardian article. So he’s not completely silent then and he probably has at least a few months left, but the last two paragraphs of his piece does sound slightly ominous... Grim Up North 3,725 Posted July 4, 2018 This paragraph though sounds more positive. 'I was officially doomed years ago, but while my chronic leukaemia was in remission, a new drug came along that would hold the beast at bay when it came back, thereby leaving space for my numerous lesser disorders to be dealt with. And now I’m told that if this drug should cease to work its magic, there’s another, even newer drug already in the picture.'

Depends on my mood, but right now, Invite them to take a seat (or knoll) whilst I explain the ovine pro's and cons of brexit. They seem to get quite agitated at the mention of chlorinated chicken.

Joey Russ 7,220 Posted September 4, 2018 Speaking of Clive James, he’s talking about his new poem in a recent article. It should be noted that he has been in and out of the hospital all year, but I still think he’ll survive the year...

Joey Russ 7,220 Posted September 15, 2018 Yeah, I got to say that this is definitely an important development in terms of the DDP title race. Could turn out to be the DDP winning hit even. Interesting times ahead...
