RadGuy 1,614 Posted May 20, 2016 Wisconsin is drunk as fuck. 12 out of 20 of the drunkest cities in the country are in Wisconsin, including all of the Top 4. As a Chicagoan, I'm not surprised those deranged cheeseheads are also drunks. Besides, the largest ancestry groups up there are German, Irish, and Polish. So it's no wonder. charon 4,943 Posted June 4, 2016 A wifie teacher in the States looks to have had some fun afore retiral. school system 'looking into' complaint about 'racist' math test Renee Dials Jun 1, 2016 03:04 AM MOBILE, AL (WALA) - A Burns Middle school teacher has been placed on administrative leave over a controversial test given to some 8th grade students. Some parents say the test includes questionable language and subject matter that just doesn't belong in the classroom. The parents say they can't believe it was actually given to students. It's a 10-question math quiz that highlights prostitution, drugs, and drive-by shootings. While some of the kids thought it was kind of funny, their parents aren't laughing. Click here to see the complete test. "My son, he took a picture of it in class and he texted it to me. I couldn't believe it," Erica Hall said. Hall said her son sent her a text photo of the quiz his eighth-grade language arts teacher passed out Friday. Hall said even the kids thought it was some kind of joke. "They took it as a joke, and she told them that it wasn't it a joke, and they had to complete it, and turn it in," Hall said. Erica Hall and her husband headed to the school Tuesday for some answers. After outlining the math for a problem involving an AK-47, question 1 on the quiz asks: "How many drive-by shootings can Ramon attempt before he has to steal enough ammunition and reload?" Question 2: "Leroy has 2 ounces of cocaine. If he sells an 8 ball to Antonio for $320 and 2 grams to Juan for $85 per gram, what is the street value of the rest of his hold?" Question 8 reads: "Tyrone knocked up 4 girls in the gang. There are 20 girls in his gang. What is the exact percentage of girls Tyrone knocked up?" "Wow! No ma'am. Unacceptable," Kanitha McMillian said. McMillan is also a parent of a student at the school. She says she wouldn't want the test given to her sixth-grader. We also showed the test to Kellie Lee. She didn't realize her daughter Peyton was in the class that received the test. "My language arts teacher gave it to us to work, and I was kind of laughing at it, because I thought it was kind of off," Peyton said. "I'm shocked. I don't think it's appropriate at all," Mrs. Lee said. FOX10 News did some research to try to find out where the test may have originated. What we discovered is that it apparently has a long history. Similar versions of the 10-question quiz have been turning up in classrooms across the country since the 1990s. And, a lot of teachers have ended up in hot water over the test in several states including Texas, California, and New Mexico. The Mobile County Public School System may be next on the list. "She's been there for a while. My son says this is actually her last year. She's retiring," Hall said. The school system has not released the teacher's name. We're told after the parents visited the school Tuesday the principal checked out the allegation, a school resource officer investigated the matter, and the teacher was immediately placed on administrative leave pending the outcome of the internal investigation.
