Luckily he was microchip so it was easy to let me know but I'm so angry the driver didn't stop and give him a chance. He died sadly. My poor little boy. I need alcohol. Please accept my sincerest condolences @philheybrookbay. Pets are equally an important part of a family household. Lolo looked a lovely well looked after cat and I am sure he loved you being his owner whilst the short time he was in your care. 1 1

My sincerest condolences on the loss of such a beautiful boy. It makes me very angry that you must legally report hitting a dog as a driver, but not a cat. Surely common decency dictates that you stop anyway, but not everyone is so nice unfortunately.

Very sad news, losing a pet is very painful too, they are innocent and pure and kind. Even more so in this cowardly way, it is too revolting, accept my condolences, please
AstroKat 523 Posted June 23 @Philheybrookbay1 I'm so sorry for your loss. Such a horrible way to lose a beloved member of the family.
Philheybrookbay1 247 Posted June 23 Thanks all. I made the mistake of thanking people who found him on the local Facebook group for my area. Cue neighbour opposite who stated that I was bad owner for leaving the cats out overnight and for leaving them in the care of neighbours when I went away recently. Trust me, revenge will be served on that bitch. I'll bide my time but I'll have her. All she does is stand in her doorway smoking in a dressing gown all fucking day.

She was only 25 but had royal accolades for her work which I remembered over the last few days.I also have had a close friend (aged 27) confess to me yet again that she is suicidal and she has given me instructions for what to do should the worst happen. Not a conversation I needed as selfish as awful as that sounds. Plus my mother keeps showing signs of suicidal intent. As someone with severe mental health issues, this is just exhausting me. Not looking for sympathy on here but just need to get it off my chest as it is just horrendous. I am under a lot of personal stress in terms of starting a new job and looking for a new house and all of this is really getting to me. Just so much darkness at once on top of existing stress.Am getting drunk tonight as well although I will pay for it in the morning it seems logical right now. Update.Got sent a news article of my friends inquest overnight on a nightshift. She hung herself and was left hanging for 5 days.Ketamine found in her system but not of a lethal dose.Multiple failings in mental health identified by the coroner who has sent the findings to Wes Streeting.Nothing will change though. The most disturbing thing for me is reading how she googled mundane things like where her friends dog should be rehoused and how she could get refunds for concert tickets before and after Googlng ways to end her life.It was as though it was an item on a shopping list. There was no note or indication she would do what she did but she apparently seemed very positive to those around her except the medical professionals who she asked for help but downplayed clearly how she was feeling.I knew she took her own life but knowing she was alone hanging for 5 days really got me.I looked back at the last times we spoke online and one of the final exchanges we had was me saying I'm here for you if ever you need me and she simply thanked me.I can't even scroll backwards from that message now and doubt I ever will again.
