Spade_Cooley 9,531 Posted December 16, 2016 Those who want to see if Terri Roberts will be dying before the year's end and awarding Heading Nowhere their maiden title should pop along to the Living Foods Pot Luck dinner at Kinzer Fire Hall on the 19th, where Terri is scheduled to be in attendance. themaninblack 2,112 Posted December 18, 2016 I think it probably is and we need a new leader of the pack! Nice of her to go relatively early in the nomination period too. That would have been a nightmare replacing her 150 or so times if she went on December 31st. Think there'll be an update tomorrow, seems the right time...

YoungWillz 21,053 Posted December 23, 2016 Here's a mention on the BBC website of the "late Japanese composer Isao Tomita". http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b07bfpll Hmmm....doesn't fall within the ambit of the rules though. I think.
themaninblack 2,112 Posted December 23, 2016 Let's thumb through the rules, shall we? Video links are only accepted if the strapline mentions the celebs passing Strapline says: Jamie is joined by tenor Nicholas Sharratt from Scottish Opera's production of The Mikado. Singer and actress Barbara Dickson chooses her My Music, and there's a rarity from the late Japanese composer Isao Tomita. Yep, that'll do!

Death Impends 7,977 Posted December 23, 2016 So does that mean the Programmes section is deemed acceptable for QOs? IIRC Kitty Kallen had her death mentioned under similar circumstances to Tomita, in the strapline of a BBC Programme, though it was decided against at the time.
