Nah I reckon he will make 2020 but not 2021.He is very ill but looks a lot better than he died last year. He doesn't have that gaunt near the end look.

So he was reincarnated and is terminally ill again?

What makes you say that?

I think George alagiah will go first.

Based on visual.

Could anyone upload a latest pic of Alagiah and Turnbull?

So, he dies at 10-00pm that day, then?

George Alagiah as seen reading the news the other day.

Bill Turnbull was recently photographed by Mark Johnson for the front cover of this week's Radio Times.

I'd still say that Turnbull goes first and with 60% chance this year. Alagiah will see 2020.

I telt yers, the news is always followed by the weather - George's apparant healthy bulk is mebbe steroids. And he gets to work sitting down so form spotting is harder. I think he's gone first but they're both 2020 scorers

Latest on Bill Turnbull.  Think he has that look.  Not the gaunt look but the other one.  My grandmother had that complexion in her final few months.

Watched the doc then.

Cancer remains in his bones and lymph nodes but hasn't spread to any other organs yet. Had chemo which didn't keep the cancer at bay so is now on the new radium223 treatment where they inject radiation into your bones. Sounds fucking lovely.

His PSA count is quite the story. A normal persons is 5 or under. His in 2018 was 585. Chemo brought it down to 15 in November 2018, but by January it had risen to 34 and by March 2019 it was 48. As of October, its up to 200, despite treatment, dietary changes and so on. If we had his white blood cell count alongside that, we could make a fairly accurate guess of how long he's got.

I didn't know Sian Williams had cancer either, but its in remission.

Adding prostate cancer to my list of 'Avoid for Dead Pools'. Too slow usually, which is great if you have it. Turnbull now figures he has 18 left. YEARS!

Calm about dying and making preparations for death including funeral music plans:

I know that we all have to die sometime but....

He was pretty brilliant when he stood in for Piers Morgan, calmness personified and allowed guests to speak but still asked difficult questions.

He was pretty much what Morgan isn't.

Looks fine. No immediate concerns, I reckon. Probably not worth considering until at least ‘22.

Interesting Update

Whilst I knew it was terminal I didn't realise the extent of the spread.

It can be a pretty slow killer prostate cancer but it's in his spine, ribs, pelvis, hips and legs so he's not 20 years from death like I thought.
