Let it burn. I don't think that's true. Here's how I understand it. ibu-profen has anti-inflammatory effects, unlike paracetamol. Any inflammation or fever would result from the body's response to the virus. The fever is your body raising your temperature to try and kill the virus. It is suggested that ibu-profen could therefore tamper with your body's response, whereas paracetamol will just mask your symptoms so you don't feel them as much. 2 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

I was absolutely floored by it and tbh didn't help I had nobody to make me food because I'm usually borderline underweight anyways. My pal getting Marmite toast slid under his door, I was so jealous!
