Howard Marks, notorious drug smuggler in the 70s and 80s, has inoperable cancer: http://www.theguardian.com/uk-news/2015/jan/24/howard-marks-inoperable-cancer-mr-nice Sounds like a great addition to the deathlist.

So far, I think Saudi King Abdullah was the Deathlist's biggest miss. In such a backwards country, 90 is a very old age. The average male life expectancy is 73. It was also well known that he had some health problems.

Reminds me of the Spitting Image sketch with the Queen puppet singing I Will Survive: "As long as Charles's next in line, I've got to stay alive..."

I was going to suggest that she didn't forget her carving knife. This could be dangerous. I mean, we don't know if he's infectious or owt. Come in Lardy! I am disappointed, nay ASHAMED to report that, in a professional capacity, I can find NOTHING on his condition whatsoever, but that leads me to believe that he's not actually THAT ill at the moment. The last item I can find in the newspaper regarding his trial over alleged sex offences is this http://www.swindonadvertiser.co.uk/news/county_news/11737130.Apologetic_email_from_former_Devizes_mayor_a__gold_mine__to_alleged_sex_abuse_victim__court_hears/ He doesn't look at death's door to me, he just looks like a fat bastard. Arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh a Baseball cap!! For that alone, he deserves locking up forever. For those who can't be bothered to click through:

I used to do land surveying years ago and I worked with a guy who was deathly afraid of cows. Yup, cows. If we had to cross a pasture to find a property corner, he was all tense. I'm like cows just stand there this isn't a bullring. Anyway, cut away about 5 years later, I've long since moved on to other work, and hear through the grapevine this guy had died -- his car struck a cow that had wandered on some lonely road late at night. RIP Barrie Ingham, a fine actor, but known to a generation of kids as the voice of Basil, the Great Mouse Detective in the Disney film.

If we do, he'll be a massive pick. Summat of a legend in his own field and the means by which mediocre but good looking talent got to the top. Without him most of his former charges - like Bros - soon floundered. So, basically, he worked with the ( mainly) raw sewage of the pop world. There really is money in shit, isn't there. Watkins was one who often said "you can't make chicken soup out of chicken shit" so a modicum of talent was required. But, he was one of the first to be out and proud about pulling the old trick of being a gay manager and seeing in his charges the same thing the young girl fans could see.

Toller Cranston figure skating Olympic medallist whose creativity changed his sport’s esthetic, has died in Mexico at age 65. Toller was the Canadian senior men’s champion from 1971 to 1976. He won the free-skate segment of the world championship four times and won the bronze medal at the Olympic Games in Innsbruck, Austria. http://www.thestar.com/sports/2015/01/24/toller-cranston-figure-skating-legend-dies-in-mexico-at-age-65.html

I like the Pet Shop Boys I quite like them to Toastie hence the "mainly" bit. I've seen the Pet Shop Boys live, and they were fucking good! Well that's an endorsement!!

She will easily become the longest British Monarch, i'd be amazed if she died before September, her Mum lived until she was almost 102 years of age and i wouldn't be surprised if she lived as long as her, in fact i think she will live to be about 105 years old, so pencil her in for the 2031 death list. Lets be honest though she should live to a grand age as she has never had to work properly like the rest of us, she has the best medical care and enough money to last 10 lifetimes.

My condolences, Sir. I know from experience that in these circumstances words offer little help and consolation. Alzheimer's is a cruel disease. It takes away the most precious of the affected: her or his personality. regards, Hein

well my grand dad died within a year or so of getting it as best I can remember.Mind you he did die of a heart attack in the end Alzheimer's is a slow disease. My gran had it for over 30 years. Towards the end she barely recognised me, she believed that my nephew was me, I was my dad, and she could barely recognise my dad although she knew his voice. Well to be fair to her in her condition... 30 years later you tend to look more like you dad than you used to By the way, can we ditch these tired Peter Falk jokes now? I mean he was diagnosed over a month ago.....
