That was a miss for me. Man has been sacked more times than a sacky thing with sacks on it.

Applicants must include playing and coaching experience and qualifications in their application. That'll be so they can rule them out, right?

How strange. Had he been ill, or was it unexpected? Does he have any close family eg wife, children, who would be expected to let people know?

LOL - more on her drinking "habit": http://royalcentral.co.uk/uk/thequeen/the-queen-concludes-each-day-with-a-glass-of-champagne-77963 Amazing how journalists can make so much mileage out of a non-existent story.

Do they actually have some way of presenting to the public exactly where all this money is going? I take it the £85k has been given directly to Plod but Id like to know where the fuck every penny went that they actually had their hands on by way of generous donations. Ok, I know they used a shed load on their Court shite but that wouldnt account for all of it, surely? Im actually surprised they havent paid Yvette Fielding and Derek Acorah a wedge to wander round that apartment, as you do...................

This allows me to badly re-tell one of my favourite Queen Mother anecdotes. Mid-1990s, some embassy or other gave the Royal Family a gift of a crate of booze. They were on official business, so the cargo went to stay with the Queen Mum who said: "If they don't want it, I'll finish it off myself".

It's utterly shameful that they will knight/dame cunts like Kelly Holmes and Wiggo and not John Surtees.

Some of the stuff posted here is so utterly obscure you would think it was just made up. Moreover, how the fuck do people find out all this crud? What depths do they go to to trawl the net for such Euro shite? Fair play.

Yeah, this early scoring thing could also be late scoring. Just an observation. As a dead pool manager I got an easier ride for letting in death row fodder on the Deathrace but it did few people any favours in terms of entertainment value overall. Not sure about the early/late scoring here because it strikes me the playing field is uneven. Potentially really uneven. What if some bunch of Chilean miners get trapped underground and then find themselves as ten unique picks entered hereabouts about 45 minutes before an explosion does for the lot of them? They'd all get named in the press and QO points would duly follow. I'd be much happier with one entry date for all.
