SC, 5 of the 30 original names have died in just over a month. People enter dead pools mostly with the intent to pick people that might die. I'd suggest a 16 per cent hit rate after one month would maybe help a few DP players think hmmm 'might be worth choosing an old footballer' and it's in one place for them to choose. There were far more threads started every day back in 2004 and 2005 that would've annoyed you, be thankful that you are of your time.

Seen elsewhere that the mum of the Everly Brothers, Margaret Everly, is still alive at 101. 2019 article about her here. Surely makes Don Everly the oldest A lister with a living parent. Strangely some genealogy sites claim she died in 1975, but recent local coverage like the above (plus Phil's obits mentioning his mother among his survivors) refutes this.

Rear Window easily in my top ten favourite films. Great cast, sets and some of Hitchcocks best camera work. The latter sounds pseudy, but feck it, creative/imaginative framing/tone/etc is as much a joy of cinema as the acting imo.
