Sidhu Moose Wala, a Punjabi-language rapper who grew up in Canada but returned to India to earn an electrical engineering degree, has died. He was 28. Wala's slaying - he was shot - is believed to be the result of an "inter-gang rivalry.". Wala, who was also an actor with a couple of noted credits in India, had joined the Indian National Congress party last year.
