That was their choice not to. It seems they wanted him to be Prince! You only become a prince by letter patent, the rules for which were written in 1917. Clearly this conspiracy against Meghan and Harry was hatched by that meddlesome King George V whose been dead since 1936! The grandson of a King may be styled Prince, but as they kinda kicked the shit out of Prince Charles in that interview I doubt the new King will be so willing to give them an upgrade. Also, I didn’t realise that Peter Phillips, Zara Tindall, Viscount Severn and Lady Louise Mountbatten-Windsor were black. All grandchildren of the Queen, none of them a Prince or Princess. The tabloids are disgusting and have treated Meghan horribly from day one. Then there's the dated institution of the Royal family, with among its ranks more than a few nasty, dysfunctional snobs. ladyfiona 2,588 Posted March 10, 2021 Because we had nothing better to do today, my colleagues in the department discussed Meghan and we all agree (five of us) that Meghan is lying about a lot of things. Including the thing about what skin colour Archie will be and this is coming from my colleague who is Indian. Her family/community talk often about skin colour (especially if in a mixed race family). It all depends on context of the conversation.
