Bit mystified by the love for Althia and Donna. Like, say, pass the Dutchie it's a jolly enough little reggae number but hardly in the same class as some of the above. I remember their first outing on TOTP (UK chart show) back in the day, they looked like a couple of rabbits in the headlights and struggled to sing in time/tune.

I remember it well!  We were all captivated by them, and thought they were adorable. 

As for the song, it never fails to make me smile, and wiggle my arse.  And join in with the little squeals.  Oooh!

Well this won't come as a shock, I'm doing exactly what I said I would, and yes, I also believe other people are holding a grudge when their 'fave' got downvoted - however, since I've always cared more about getting rid of dross than what actually wins or stays in (as long as they're pretty decent tracks I'm actually fairly ambivalent about which actual ones) I could now be voting up those I'd rather they picked on, so it's +4 me -6 them. Actually that's a bit harsh, Cars is obviously an important song in electronic history, I just enjoy Are "Friends" Electric? more in every measurable way. There's so much great and diverse music in this round and I don't want another situation where there are 4 similar-sounding ABBA songs blocking everything else. It might look bad giving -6 to a perfectly fine song though.
